Overview

The villa is suitable for large families with children, but with its pool and terraces (one leading off the master bedroom, it would equally suit a couple looking for that luxury villa experience.


This villa is also ideal for a group of 4 couples or a golfing holiday due to its close proximity to a wealth of challenging golf courses.


Villa Mendoza has just undertaken some renovation work and has been equipped with lots of new furniture and appliances.

We can supply cots, hire chairs and car seats should they be required.


All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed on a weekly basis, also we can arrange a daily maid service should you require it.


The villa has also has air-conditioning hot and cold only in the lounge but fans are available on request for the bedrooms.

Villa Mendoza has 2 separate sun terraces, 1 for each of the double bedrooms which are furnished with lounger chairs and a table. Around the pool you will find 5 cushioned sun loungers and 2 separate dining areas which will seat 8 people. We have furnished the outdoor area so you can benefit from group or individual dining. All of the sun loungers are on wheels therefore should you wish to bask in the sun in the garden area you are free to do so. There is also the use of a BBQ.
