This spacious privately owned self catering holiday villa comprises adaptable accommodation with the benefits of two kitchens, two lounges and four south facing terraces.


The principal accommodation comprises a large lounge with satellite TV and leading to a south facing terrace with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining, overlooking the communal pool and gardens and with wonderful views of the mountains.


The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine etc.

Also on this level is a shower room/wc perfect for those making use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.


Stairs lead down to a second lounge with American style kitchen.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted for self catering holidays.

The lounge has a full size double sofabed, satellite TV and opens out onto a private patio with sunbeds, table, chairs and BBQ for Al Fresco dining and which overlooks the fabulous communal pool and gardens.

Also on this level is a bedroom with twin beds and shower room/wc.


On the first floor are two bedrooms, the master having double bed, fitted wardrobes and leading to a south facing balcony terrace.

The second bedroom has twin beds fitted wardrobes and beautiful mountain views.

There is a further fully fitted bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower.

From the landing stairs lead to a superb roof terrace with sun beds, shower, BBQ and table and chairs for Al Fresco dining enjoying views across Nerja.

About Nerja

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol/Malaga area has long been a popular destination for over 30 years, with over 300 days of sunshine every year. With excellent road and rail systems travelling is very easy.



You can enjoy the history and culture of cities such as Malaga or the beautiful golden beaches along the coast. There is also walking in the mountains of Malaga or touring on the back roads of Andalucia



It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive.
