Overview

Our town house is situated near all the shops and amenities that Nerja has to offer, and the 'Balcon de Europa' is only a 5 minutes walk away.


Furnished throughout, with a sunny garden patio, ideal for eating outdoors or barbecuing.


A small roof terrace with a sea view with sun-beds, chairs & awnings, ideal for days when you don't want to go to the beach, although the beach, Playa Carabello is only 300 metres (one minute) away and leads into Burriana beach with bars.


Our townhouse has: 3 bedrooms with Spanish style white fitted wardrobes, and is suitable for four adults and two children


A large white fitted kitchen equipped to a high standard containing new washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, iron, coffee maker etc. All electric, so no gas bottles!


An open compact lounge and dining area, with two new leather settee's. The lounge leads out into the small garden patio.

Fully equipped with Sky television, CD player, DVD player, board games and books.

Marble floors and stairs.

A bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower on the first floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor.


Garden patio furnished with table and 6 chairs, barbecue and awnings for shade.


The roof terrace has two sun-beds and chairs, partial sea view, drying facilities, and awnings.


A private small communal swimming pool within the small complex for residents and guests use only. (only filled in the summer months)

Free car park just around the corner.

Location & area

Nerja / Burriana area

The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from burriana.

Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste. There is also magnificent nightlife on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive
