Open plan lounge and dining area furnished to the highest standard with patio doors which open onto the terrace offering excellent south facing views onto the pool and sea beyond.
There is a large flat screen television which also offers satellite TV (freeview channels) and a DVD player and a CD/ Radio player with an Ipod adapter, and ceiling fan.

LOCATION
Situated in a suberb location next to Torrecilla Beach and only a five minute walk from the Balcon de Europa and the old town of Nerja. The area is full of cafes and restaurants and is a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by. For slightly more activity, wander through the maze of streets surrounding the Balcon de Europa which are abundant with shops, restaurants and bars.
About Nerja
Nerja is situated between the Sierras and the Mediterranean sea, about 45 minutes east of Malaga, with allows easy access from all regional airports and motorways. The town itself has everything you could wish for, beautiful beaches, a superb choice of accommodation, all sporting activities such as:
Diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, and mountain biking, skiing on the Sierra Nevada Mountains, as well as great entertainment and excursion opportunities, and on the outskirts is a walkers paradise.
The many trails and pathways from the village will satisfy the most avid walker and the scenery and beauty of the National Park will enthral and entertain the naturalist.
The area has been populated since prehistoric times as is shown in the cave paintings which are found in the famous Nerja Cave, known as the "prehistoric cathedral". Discovered in 1959 they constitute one of the main lures to tourists in the district. They have been declared as Artistic-Historic Monuments possessing nearly two kilometres of subterranean galleries which the public can visit.
Fiestas in and around the surrounding villages of Nerja are a regular occurrence and are usually colourful extravaganzas. A good way of acquainting yourself with the town is to enjoy a traditional horse and carriage ride through the streets.
In the heart of the old town, amble along the quaint cobbled streets and bustling alleyways abundant with tapas bars and chic restaurants. At dusk, stroll along the Balcon de Europa alongside the Mediterranean and be entertained by the artists and street vendors which add to the ambiance of this stylish resort.
Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.
