Location & area

Aljamar is superbly situated in a brand new and quite Residential area of Nerja, in a Resort of attractive and detailed Architecture, only 400 mts. from the beach on the privileged East-side of Nerja. Being only 15 minutes walk to Burriana Beach and 15 - 20 minutes walk to Balcon de Europa (Nerja centre). Its hilltop location guarantees lovely views of the mountains, pine-grove, pool and some sea views. Its South-westerly aspect ensures the sun remains on the terrace until the sunset.



Nerja / Burriana area

The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from burriana.

Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.



The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste. There is also magnificent nightlife on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive
