This spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the landscaped gardens and large communal pool.


This is an ideal choice for all age groups,especially families and older couples as there are no high rise balconies to consider or stairs to negotiate.


Located within the heart of the town and just a short stroll away from the famous Balcon de Europa promenade, shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is accessed through its own gated entrance with no steps to negotiate.
Patio table and 4 chairs are provided.


Enjoy you breakfast in the early morning sun on the east facing patio, and as the sun moves to the west, welcoming shade is given.


For the sun worshipers there are plenty of areas around the landscaped grounds and pool to stretch out in the sun all day.
