Overview
The kitchen is fully equipped to include a washing machine, new ceramic hob, new oven, microwave and toaster.
Beyond the kitchen is an extra glazed balcony that can be open in the summer, or closed, like a conservatory in the cooler months.
It has glorious sea views and faces SE. (Whales have been spotted, so take your binoculars!)
This room is furnished with table & chairs.
An intercom phone in the hall allows you to control entry to the complex.
A spacious airy, double aspect lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished, having a TV, DVD player & CD player.
Patio doors open onto a large, furnished, double aspect patio, which overlooks the sea & the pool, faces W and benefits from the afternoon sun.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and can accommodate 4 single people or 2 couples.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room.
The extensive, communal swimming pool is unusually, open all year, but it is closed each evening to ensure peace & quiet.
The buildings have just been repainted, & Antonio, the caretaker keeps the community grounds in excellent order.
As with much Andalucian architecture, there is a Moroccan style to the community, with passages revealing unexpected glimpses of the sea, or gardens with exotic plants, fragrant trees and fountains.
There is wheelchair access to the apartment
Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom & lounge/dining room @ £20/week.
Many rooms have recently been redecorated.
Beds will be made up ready for you & bath and hand towels provided.

Nerja
Nerja is a great base for exploring the wonders of Andalucia. The Alhambra Palace at Granada is within a 2 hour drive, and Malaga with the Picasso Museum is just 45 minutes away. Sevilla, Ronda and Cordoba are all within driving distance, and a day out in Gibraltar is another possibility.
Closer to Nerja are wonderful areas for walking and bird watching.
Nerja is a great winter destination with plenty of sun. It is a 2 hour drive from the SKI RESORT of Sierra Nevada near to Granada
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
