Overview

44 Tetuan is a delightful one bedroom pueblo villa on probably the most sought after village in Nerja.
The access to the villa is easy and the accommodation is all on one level. The newly fitted compact open plan kitchen offers a full oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.
In the lounge there is a bed settee and a cable satellite T.V which receives several English channels. From the lounge there is double French doors leading onto a good size patio complete with table and chairs. It receives sun for most of the day.
The bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom is newly refurbished being fully tiled and consisting of bath with shower over, wash hand basin and w.c.
The whole of the villa is pleasantly light and airy and of a very good size.
The Oasis village is a small urbanisation with two pools, a childs pool, pantaque court, bar and restaurant. The beautifully tended gardens offer a profusion of colour and lush greenery throughout the year.
