A sunny 2 bedroom apartment with uninterrupted sea views in a quiet residential and holiday area about a mile west of Nerja and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. There is a large sunny terrace which provides ample room space for eating out and relaxation. Communal pool and gardens only a short walk away.

The property is at the end of a quiet cul de sac a few minutes from the beach. Also within a few minutes walk is a bus stop but don´t miss the easy walk along the beach to town ( around 20 minutes ). The communal swimming pool, gardens, bar and restaurant are within walking distance. A private flight of steps leads up to a porch and into the sitting and dining room which has an fitted kitchen. There is a bathroom and 2 good sized bedrooms. Patio doors open onto the large terrace from the main bedroom and the sitting room.
