There are many facilities close to hand and it's only a few minutes drive to the town and beaches of Nerja. With immediate access to community pool, secluded garden terracing and rooftop terrace with views to the Mediterranean. The large basement bedroom is ideal for families with older children who may like a little space !

The accommodation is spread over 3 light and airy floors with spacious kitchen, cloakroom, lounge / dining room on the ground floor, the lounge leading out to a terrace with garden and patio furniture. Back indoors, a marble staircase leads up to the 2 nd floor with 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and attractive 'Romeo and Juliet' balconies. The twin overlooks the pool and the double enjoys tranquil sea and mountain views. The bathroom has bath, overhead shower, bidet and hairdryer. Another short flight of stairs leads onto the pleasant roof terrace with views across to the Mediterranean, outside shower, table and chairs. The additional bedroom and bathroom is at basement level, with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and washing machine.
