Upper level with master double bedroom, airconditioning, ensuite and patio doors leading to a private roof solarium, ensuite full bathroom.

Lower level = a twin bedroom, each with ensuite shower room.

Upper level = a twin bedroom, and full bathroom.

There are two single foldaway beds for the 7/8 person.

Lounge with wall mounted 40 inch LCD TV, DVD, Nintendo WII.

Private pool (6 * 3m) with safety fence (can be up or down), and enclosed garden.

Large childrens trampoline (14FT) - again with safety net.

A travel cot and baby sterilising kit and toys (1-4 years).
