Our detached Murcia vacation villa is conveniently located on a corner plot at the top of the street, affording a high degree of privacy.

It is bright and airy with light marble floors, amazing high ceilings, superbly furnished with quality soft leather sofas, wall hangings, chandeliers and lamps. This all combinines to exude a wonderful ambience for an unforgettable holiday.

Delightful outlook with rooms opening through French doors onto a pool and terrace, the vacation villa is simply bathed in warm sunshine the whole day long.

THE LIVING AREA
Here you see a view of part of the living area. Large comfortable soft leather sofas seating 5 or more- depends on how cozy you want to get! Relax and watch your favourite movies on the LCD TV in the other corner or listen to your favourite music on the CD player. There is a satellite connection with extensive English channels Solid antique oak coffee table - don't have to worry about the kids with this one. There is a telephone that connects to all Polaris resorts and also allows all incoming calls.

THE DINING AREA
There is an antique oak dining table (matching the coffee table) with 6 comfortable leather upholstered chairs and a matching sideboard. Enjoy your meals in elegant style with our fine dining ware. - though we suspect that you will be taking most of your meals out on the terraces!

MASTER BEDROOM
The Master bedroom has a large double bed with an ensuite bathroom (with Jacuzzi!) and has French doors opening out onto the pool area. As with other 2 bedrooms there are large built-in wardrobes. Flooded with sunshine all day. Cozy and elegant is the theme.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully fitted with huge American style fridge freezer dispensing ever needed ice and cool water. There is hob/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils and gadgets should you feel like cooking. Place setting for 12. And of course dishwasher.

THE POOL AREA
French doors from the Living room and the Master bedroom open out onto this wonderful pool area. To one side is a bbq with dining table and 6 chairs where you will probably have most of your meals in true Spanish style. There are sunloungers and an additional side table and chairs for poolside drinks.At night it is just stunning with the doors open onto the lit-up pool.

UTILITY AREA
Outside the kitchen there is a laundry area with large sink and washing machine. There is an inbuilt dryer but clothes dry faster in the Spanish sun! There is a clothes hanger, and a steam iron and ironing board should you feel so inclined!
