Brand new detached 5* villa furnished to a very high standard on the El Valle Nicklaus golf course. All rooms have air conditioned and have central heating. The open plan lounge and dining area with vaulted ceilings gives a light airy feeling. French doors lead to the private swimming pool with its specially designed safety fence, covered seating area and terraces. Here you can sit, relax and enjoy eating "al fresco" unwind and watch another stunning sunset over El Valle. The garden is fully enclosed with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. Off road parking for 4 cars. Furnished to a high standard with leather settees Equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay including LCD TV, DVD and satellite channels. Location & area

El Valle is situated in the province of Murcia which is in the South East of mainland Spain and boasts over 230 km of golden sandy beaches, the shores of which are flanked by 2 seas the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.

The Mar Menor or (small sea) is Europe's largest salt water lagoon, with 175 square kilometres of shallow water surrounded by the districts of San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier, Los Alcazares and La Manga to name just a few, all with their own beautiful white sandy beaches.

El Valle is the most exclusive of the Polaris resorts and is nestled at the foot of the spectacular Sierra mountain range. The Jack Nicklaus designed; par 71, mid sized course at El Valle is simply stunning with18 holes set in natural surroundings. Hole boundaries are adjacent to contiguous holes, and not to the homes, making the course interesting to say the least, whilst testing skill and wit.
