ABOUT VILLA AMARILLO Villa Amarillo is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort front line golf 3 bedroom Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the fairway and lake, as well as lovely comfy garden furniture.. The house sleeps 6 persons and features the following; Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit (single beds attached together giving a kingsize bed) Second double bedroom with twin beds Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds Second bathroom Lounge area with seating for 6 as well as double sofa bed for 7/8 persons Dining with seating for 6 Satelite TV and DVD player Open fireplace. Travel cot and high chair available The kitchen is fitted out with; Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle, dishwasher Full compliment of 6 dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Utility room includes washing machine Outside facilities: Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers, comfy sofa and armchair Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6 All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels). The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months. ABOUT EL VALLE GOLF AND AREA The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 15 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive. Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, driving range 18 hole golf course and club house with bar and lounging area, and outside terrace and seating with superiour views and restaurant Irish bar and occassional evening entertainment (has been weekly during the summer - but no guarantees) Further restaurant (A la Carte) Supermarket Gym (free to residents) Tennis and Paddal Courts (due to open in April 2009) Courtesy bus running around all the Polaris Resorts (approx hourly during day) El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc. 20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool. Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
