Villa in Polaris World Resorts, Murcia - Costa Calida, Spain: The villa is on the prestigious Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort (as advertised on TV). This brand new complex is the first of the planned Polaris World resorts.

It benefits from 24-hour security making it a safe and peaceful location. The villa has a private garden and lovely sun terrace. It is furnished to a very high standard with cable TV with Sky and UK programmes. The kitchen is fully fitted and has electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc; the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear patio has table and chairs BBQ, the roof terrace another table and chairs and sun loungers, the villa has central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans etc for your perfect temperature the hot water is by gas boiler [mains gas so no bottles to change]



The resort Social Club has excellent facilities. There is a large communal pool with separate kiddies pool, poolside bar and (café which will deliver to the villa), restaurant, medical centre with massage/reflexology available, hairdressers, gym, bar with live music on set evenings, mini supermarket and cash machine. There is a 5 star intercontinental hotel, which opens early next year, which will have additional bars and restaurants.



For golfers there are at least 7 golf courses, 4 of which is international standard, including the famously popular La Manga Club, all are just a short drive away. Both historical cities of Cartagena & Murcia are well worth the visit for shopping & sight seeing both within a short car drive
