The Casita Del Oro is a self-contained one bedroom apartment adjoined to a rustic Murcia country house. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, living room with a comfortable sofa bed, shower room and patio over looking the tranquil Sierra Del Oro. The swimming pool is 10 m by 5m. There is plenty of space for children to play, including swings and a trampoline. The area is perfect for walkers and cyclists. The apartment has its own private entrance at the rear of the main house. There is plenty of space for parking. This peaceful location is ideally situated with easy access to the nearby towns Calasparra, Cieza, Blanca and Mula. Murcia capital is a 45 minute drive.The Campo de Ricote is a wine growing area, almonds and olive orchards are abundant. There is plenty to enjoy for nature lovers, especially those interested in the birdwatching.
This peaceful location is ideally situated with easy access to the nearby towns Calasparra, Cieza, Blanca and Mula. Murcia capital is a 45 minute drive.

The apartment is in the Campo de Ricote a region famous for its wine. The towns of Blanca, Bullas, Cieza, and Mula are withing 20-30minutes drive. These towns have weekly markets, abundant tapas bars, restaurants and beautiful and intersting old towns with narrow streets full of spanish character. In the campo itself there are many walking and cycling trails with breath taking views.There are two bars within 4km of the apartment both serving traditional murcian dishes, one has a small shop and there are several bakeries selling traditional country bread made in clay ovens.

There property consists of a small bedroom, kitchen and seating area, shower room and patio. The bedroom has a double bed, hanging shelf and chest of drawers. There is a ceiling fan and two bedside lamps.
The kitchen has a hob, pans crockery, cuttlery, glasses and a fridge freezer.
The seeting are has two arm chairs and a sofa bed, two tables that can be used inside or on the patio.
The patio has a fantastic view of the Sierra Del Oro and is shady in the summer time.
The swimming pool area is fully tiled, has a shaded area with a table chairs and sun loungers.
The garden is 6000 square meters and is planted mainly with olive and almond trees. There are some swings for children and a trampoline, some nice shady trees.
The windows all have wooden shutters that help to keep the apartment cool during the day, and mosquitto netting for when they are opened at night
