Overview

Casa Colina comes with fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge has leather settee and comfy rocker and dining area seats 4 extending to 8.

TV with English channels and radio programes. There is also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs - feel free to bring your own. Books and playing cards available.

Both bedrooms have 2 singles with linen and duvets and the bathroom with shower and bath includes bath sheet and hand towel each.

Patio furniture includes 4 chairs, 2 recliners and 2 loungers

Good sized pool only 50 metres away and supermarket, bar and 1st tee only 10 minutes stroll. Shuttle buses will take you to other Polaris World sites where you can play on any of the courses and use the facilities.

Casa Colina is on Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort near Sucina in Murcia. Sucina is 5 minutes car journey and you will find everything you need - banks, supermarkets, bakery, bars and restaurants. 5 miles away is Balsicas railway station with regular trains to Cartegena and Murcia as well as other cities such as Madrid, Alicante and Valencia.



Santiago de la Ribera is the closest beach - 15 minutes by car and Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor is only 20 minutes away. La Manga can be reached within 30 minutes.
