Situated in a level position, this quietly located, pretty,southfacing bungalow is in a small development of just 8 pueblo-style properties set in beautiful gardens with pool and shower. Easy flat walk to the beach. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin plus bed-settee. There is a large lounge-diner, fully-fitted kitchen and a large bathroom.Glazed naya and sun terrace with garden furniture.Accommodates up to 6 persons.

The property has a washing-machine,fridge-freezer,microwave. TV radio CD player, fan heaters,sunloungers etc. We are a five minute walk to local shops and restaurants, and a 5 minutes' drive to the town of Moraira with its lovely beaches and marina, many shops and restaurants.Private parking but a car is recommended.
