Two bedroom apartment to rent in La Mata Mojacar Spain which is family friendly, has a communal pool, beautiful mountain view, close to beach, child friendly with Almeria and Murcia local airports.La Mata is situated on Mojacar Playa has a beautiful 6 mile stretch of beach, this apartment in Mojacar is a private development with views to the mountain, communal pool and gardens. A quiet development with many local amenities of wonderful restaurants, bars, golf courses, children's play parks.
The location of the self catering apartment proudly holds the best spot, right in the centre of the development situated on the first level with only one set of stairs leading to the apartment entrance terrace opening.

Stunning views of the mountain, pool and tropical gardens can be enjoyed from the balcony terrace accessible from the lounge and main bedroom. For your comfort and enjoyment there are sun beds and table and chairs.

Car parking is available in the grounds and accessed via electronic gates. There is also a brilliant bus service which is available around the corner and the magnificent beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

There are many popular outings to explore including the astounding Markets, Garrucha (fishing port – lovely), Vera (bull fighting), Mojacar Village (fantastic), Go karting, Quad biking, Scuba diving, Horse riding, Water sports, Mini Hollywood, Mini golf, Aqua Park, Cabo de Gata National Park and children’s parks all along the playa.
