Overview

The villa is exceptionally well equipped with all the comforts of home and has its own large swimming pool, satellite TV, air-conditioning, wireless internet connection and views of the sea.
The accommodation is split into two, 2 bedroom properties, the lower being wheelchair friendly. The villa is approached via a private road to double iron gates, opening to a large gravel parking area. The property is fully enclosed by a 2 metre high wall and has 1500 sq metres of beautifully landscaped gardens.
Upper Level
Steps up to front terrace which is partly covered and has wicker sofas and chairs overlooking the pool sea view. Large cast iron table with 6 chairs & awning for shade.
The large kitchen is superbly equipped with filtered drinking water, oven & 5 burner gas hob, American style fridge/freezer with chilled water & ice dispensers, 2nd fridge, dishwasher, microwave and granite work surfaces.
Central passage with bookcases leading to the dining room which has a large table with seating for 8 and patio doors out to the private Moroccan terrace. This truly is a lovely area with feature columns, hidden lighting & music and a central marble fountain.
Utility room with washing machine and door out to separate drying area.

The grounds are magnificently laid out with many unusual and attractive features, superb night lighting and outdoor music.
The pool side garden has lawns, impressive palm trees and many flower beds with Mediterranean planting. Stone steps lead down to the 9 x 5 pool with built-in seating & table and lighting. There are many sunloungers, tables and chairs.
Covered, illuminated bar with music system and fridge beside the pool. Covered, open BBQ kitchen with gas BBQ and sink.
Poolside toilet. Side gate for walking access to beach, shops and restaurants
Second patio with loungers and covering sail shade.

The area has many activities including the Vera water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, go-karting etc.

The position is perfect, set in a peaceful location yet within walking distance of the resort beaches of Mojacar Playa. The villa is only let for a few weeks of the year and is a family home for the remainder meaning that it truly is a home from home with absolutely everything you could need. There are many good restaurants in the area serving a variety of food and activities to suit every age group and taste. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.
