The accommodation comprises of:Large entrance hall with dining table with seating for 6 and spiral staircase leading toFirst floor sun room, a very light and airy room with all round country views, sofas and board games, air-conditioning, music stereo. Access out onto 2 terraces (front and rear of property), sun loungers, tables & chairs and magnificent views of the area.On the ground floor:

The villa is only 15 minutes drive from both the championship golf course Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. The area has many activities including the Vera water park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 25 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 15 minutes.
The village of Antas is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a chemist.
