Overview
The apartment has an attractive front garden with steps leading up to a terraced eating area. The terrace has a table and chairs set and views across to the lovely outdoor pool - the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a drink.
Inside you will find a well-furnished and spacious lounge diner which features satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system. There is also a large sofa bed for two in the lounge. The dining area has a modern table and chairs set to seat four.
The kitchen is fully-fitted and includes everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer etc. The kitchen leads onto a courtyard which features a large barbecue and outdoor seating area, perfect for making the most of al fresco dining on the long, warm evenings.
The apartment has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and has patio doors leading onto the front terrace and the second bedroom has twin beds.
There is a luxury marble bathroom complete with a bath/shower. There is a large communal pool with lawned surroundings as well as a separate children's pool.

The apartment is ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike. For golfers, this course is now considered to be one of the top new courses in the whole of Europe and is already hosting some major competitions. For non-golfers, you are located in picturesque country surroundings and only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful harbour town of Garrucha, offering miles of beautiful beaches and a fantastic array of seafood restaurants.
The area has many activities including a water park, bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, go-karting etc.
The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 15 minute drive from the apartment with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 5 minutes.
The town of Vera is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, banks, chemists and a busy market every Saturday.
