Overview
It is a privilege to offer for rental, this wonderful linked villa in a prestigious area of Mojacar, providing luxurious accommodation combined with a relaxing environment.
The property is distributed over 2 floors and comprises:
Spacious and beautifully decorated lounge/diner with ample seating and dining space and patio windows to front overlooking pool, satellite tv with UK channels, a light and airy room. The spacious kitchen has a range of glossy wooden units and granite worktops, all mod cons including dishwasher, patio windows to rear terrace and arch to dining area, plus breakfast table.
The master bedroom is situated on this level and is spacious and bright with large en suite full bathroom. Also on this level is a large additional shower room with walk in shower.
Sweeping marble stairs lead to the upper floor. The upstairs bedrooms are both large, one with double bed and french doors to rear terrace and one twin room overlooking pool terrace. These two rooms share a large family bathroom. There is a further south facing terrace accessed by a door from the upper hallway.
The villa has air conditioning throughout.
Outside the property is a good sized south facing terrace with shaded area complete with dining table, sun loungers and wonderful pool. this terrace is gated and therefore a benefit to families. A gas BBQ is provided for evening or lunchtime get togethers.
Mojacar beach is just 500 metres away, as are restaurants, bars and shops, yet the area is a quiet and residential with neighbouring large detached villas.
All in all a super villa for a relaxing holiday.
Ground level of villa is accessible to wheelchairs (please check for door sizes)master bed and bathroom on ground floor.
