Overview

The apartment occupies an upper floor in a two-storey block in a popular residential area of Mojacar Playa. Above the apartment is a totally private solarium with stunning views of the sea and towards the Sierra Cabrera mountains. The apartment is regularly occupied by the owners and is very well equipped, particularly in the kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a range of small appliances. There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds which can be made up as twins or large doubles. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. There is one shower room. Outside the living room and one bedroom are small private terraces. There is satellite tv with UK and other language programmes. Inside the gated complex is parking for residents. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples on thier own or with small children as the access to the solarium is inside the gated entrance to the apartment, right beside the front door. All the amenities of Mojacar Playa are within easy reach and Mojacar Pueblo is just a short drive.

The apartment is located about 600 metres from the beach at Mojacar, but in a residential area far enough away to make it very peaceful. Where the street from the apartment reaches the beach area is a good selection of bars and restaurants and two shopping centres.
