Overview

Number 8 Bajos del Bancal is set directly overlooking the best part of Mojacar beach. The apartment is 75m2, it has two good sized bedrooms (one double, one twin) with ample wardrobe and hanging space, both bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a large lounge with TV and a radio / CD player, settee and dining furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, water heater etc. In the good sized bathroom there is a shower, bath, bidet etc. Large sliding patio doors lead directly from the master bedroom also from the lounge to the large terrace (25 m2) equipped with all outdoor dining furniture, retractable sun awning, storage box and a magnificent view of the beach and sea right around the bay. Directly behind the apartment is a lovely garden with many plants, trees and a large residents pool with easy access. Close to the apartment you will find all of the best bars and restaurants along the Mojacar paseo
