Overview
2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms with views of the sea. Fully hot and cold Air conditioned with temperure control set for the whole apartment. The Lounge has a large sofa also in the lounge is a TV, Video, DVD Player, Cd Player, Playstation 1 (please bring own games DVDs & Video Tapes) The Kitchen has all appliances Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cooker, Hob Fridge Freezer also next to the kitchen is a small utility area for airing /drying clothes. The Bathrooms There is one shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and wash hand basin and the master bedroom has a full en-suite with a full size bath over head shower, bidet, wash hand baxin and WC. The apartment is in a complex with 120 other apartments the complex is private and secure entrance it has 1 large swimming pool a childrens pool a further adults swimming pool, Jacuzzi, changing rooms and tropical gardens this is an ideal place for a family holiday while the children play and meet new friends the parents can relax and enjoy the tranquility
This apartment is within 5 minutes drive to beaches plenty of Golf courses and many shops, bars, take aways, resturants everything you would need. Also within a short drive you can explore the area and you will find water parks, Theme Parks, Shopping. Cable Cars, Quad Biking, Donkey Rides, Go-Karting, Fantastic Shopping Mall, Marbella, Perto Buenos, water sports and much more you will not have a enough time!!!
I can also arrange with other owners on the complex group holidays maybe have a holiday with another family they can rent the apartment next door or arrange a group from the golf club. This is truly an ideal family or golfers paradise
Coast/Beach
5 minutes drive to Maxs Beach at Riviera. 10 minutes to Cabopino Port and beach with sand dunes, good parking and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to the village of La Cala and a lovely stretch of beach. Good Market at La Cala Sat/Wed and a very good one at the Bull Ring, Puerto Banus on Sundays. It also has a good beach.
Golf
5 minutes drive to Miraflores Golf Course and Academy/Driving Range. Within 20 minutes drive of over 30 courses.
Skiing
At Prodalano, Sierra Nevada (Granada) about 2.30hrs away.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Malaga International approximately 40 minutes by car. Car hire recommended at Malaga Airport.
Very good bus service along the coast road N340 from Fuengirola to Marbella, picking up at Riviera del Sol. Taxi Rank at the junction of N340 and Riviera del Sol.
Distances
Marbella 14km, Puerto Banus 20km, Ronda 64km and Gibralter just 1 hours drive away.
La Cala 10Km and Fuengirola 15Km
