Outstanding value detached villa complete with Wii, play station 2 and 42" plasma, sleeps up to 10!!
This modern detached villa truly is walking distance to all the facilities you could wish for making it exceptional value for money.
As you approach the villa from the road you have private off road parking for 2 cars on the drive. As you enter you can not fail to be impressed, recently updated to the highest standards it offers beautiful cream marble floors throughout. The lounge is large in an open plan style complete with brand new corner unit suite, a sofa which converts to an additional double bed, 42" wall mounted high definition plasma t/v and DVD. For the children there is a state of the art Wii and play station 2 as well as a table tennis table. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area furnished with a stunning top of the range dining table and 8 leather high back chairs. The dining area leads onto the terrace complete with 4 sun loungers, dining set and bar b que for that ultimate alfresco experience. The kitchen to the back of the dining area is again modern and open plan complete with all the appliances you could wish for to include microwave and washing machine. Finally downstairs there is a separate toilet, as you move up stairs there are 3 double bedrooms all with large fitted wardrobes, the first being made up as a large double, the second made up as a family room with a large double bed and two additional single beds.The master bedroom is made up with a large double bed and benefits from a beautiful en suite bathroom complete with two person walk in shower , twin basins and all finished off in polished marble. The main bathroom boasts a corner bath jacuzzi were you can relax and sip ice cold champagne for that ultimate holiday experiance. Outside there is a large terrace with the rest off the private garden laid to lawn. At the bottom off the garden is a gate which leads down to the communal swimming pool which itself is surrounded by tropical gardens and palms. A hard to beat villa in a premier location, don't miss out on this one!
