Overview

Only 25 Km from Malaga airport, La Cala Hills is situated on Spain's Costa del Sol.

Penthouse 2 bedroom apartment, set in a quiet location only a few kilometres from the bustling and vibrant holiday resort of Fuengirola.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small block and decorated and furnished to a high standard, with climate control throughout. The living room is large and comfortable and consists of large, suede sofas, dinning table and chairs to seat up to 6 people. Sliding patio doors lead to large, fully equipped, corner balcony with stunning views across Mijas Golf and the Mijas mountains. The master bedroom has twin beds and an ‘en-suite', patio doors lead to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom is also twin bedded and has use of the other bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, allows you to create the culinary delights associated with the Mediterranean.

The pool is set in beautiful, landscaped, tropical gardens, which are enclosed for security. The pool is large enough for the competent swimmer, with both shallow and deep ends, and there is also an infant pool, for the younger ones.

The Immediate Area

Mijas Golf, Mijas Costa is situated on the outskirts of Fuengirola. A short drive takes you Mijas Golf Club House, for lunch or a drink. A car would be required to get to all the local attractions, although there are bars, restaurants & a shop nearby. A couple of hundred yards is a large park area where barbecues are provided free of charge, you can take your own food and cook it 'al fresco' making use of the bar facilities as well. Near by is the Tamisa Golf Hotel, where you can relax in the poolside bar, or enjoy a meal in the restaurant or on the terrace. The location is quiet and relaxing but near enough to the hustle and bustle of Fuengirola, where you can find entertainment, bars, restaurants to suite all tastes.

Malaga Airport is only 25 minutes drive away.

There is plenty to see and do around Mijas Costa. The various safe and clean beaches are within a short drive, with all the water sports you would expect from a Mediterranean resort. Less than a 15 minute drive takes you to the bustling and vibrant town of Fuengirola, where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment to suit everyone.
Golf courses are in abundance, with Miraflores, La Cala and Alhaurin only 15 mins away by car.
An Aquapark is just down the road.Fuengirola Zoo is new, at dusk they change the animals from daytime to nocturnal.
Selwo Wild Life Park is about 50 minutes
Tivoli World, is a small theme park in Benalmedena, where you will also find the Crocodile Park, Seaworld and Selwo Dolphin Park.
The old and historical towns of Grenada and Seville are about 2 hours drive. Excursions run daily from Fuengirola.
Visit the Rock of Gibraltar, here you can see the Barbary Apes, the Siege Tunnels and St Michael's Caves. Shopping here is duty free!
