Overview

Located just 5 minutes from the beautiful village of Mijas, where it is steeped in history and cobbled streets. it provides some excellent restaurants catering for all budgets and tastes.
Only 10 minutes from the beach.

This spacious 4 bedroom villa has private parking. There are a number of steps to reach the entrance to the property.
On this level there is a hall, access to a well equipped modern kitchen with washer, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. A small breakfast table.
There is a door leading to a lovely small terrace area which overlooks the mountains.

A large open plan lounge and dining area, where there is a feature fireplace. Two large patio doors lead onto another terrace area with tasteful furniture. From here are lovely views to the pool and the countryside. There is also another 2nd lounge area, for extra space.
In addition there is a guest toilet.
This is where the jacuzzi is situated, slightly elevated to provide an excellent place for watching the sunsets.

A double sized bedroom with twin beds with an en suite shower room with it's own Romeo and Juliette balcony with south west facing views.
Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with walk in dressing area. It has an en suite bathroom. There are large patio doors leading onto a good sized terrace in which to enjoy panoramic south facing coastal views. All bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning.

On the lower level are two further bedrooms, both twin bedded. They have air conditioning and a almost new bathroom with step in shower.

This spacious, well equipped villa makes the ideal holiday retreat!
