Nestled in the hills above Fuengirola and 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Mijas you will find this well appointed three bedroomed detached villa with private pool, stunning sea & mountain views and large living accomodation.

This luxury property benefits from a large tastefully furnished lounge with feature fireplace & wood burning stove, leading to a spacious dining area with seating for up to 6 guests. Additionally the lounge comes equipped with Bang & Olufsen TV comprising full Sky package, & surround sound music system with internal and external speakers. Both the lounge and dining areas enjoy direct access to the poolside and south facing terrace.


The family kitchen comes fully equipped with eye level oven and microwave, ceramic hob, separate indoor BBQ griddle, American Style fridge with icemaker and dishwasher. The adjoining breakfast area has seating for six and leads onto the shaded terrace ideal for alfresco dining with magnificent views of the Andalucian countryside.

To the first floor, there are three bright bedrooms all with breathtaking views. The master with spacious en-suite has king size bed, extensive fitted wardrobes & shares a large south facing balcony with the second twin bedroom.
Bedrooms two and three feature twin beds and ample storage facilities. There is a family bathroom equipped with bath and shower , plus a ground floor cloakroom with WC and sink unit.

Externally there is a large west facing private saltwater pool (8 x 4m), vast terrace areas featuring a range of hardwood furniture, and a superb poolside covered BBQ all set in attractive gardens complete with fruit trees.
