Overview

With the old bell tower built around 1540 and now with many restaurants. Several of the restaurants selling fish caught daily, by the local fisherman. There are golf many courses on this coastline, some only a very short drive away. There is also the 9th Century Moorish Andalucian village of Mijas.
The ritzy and famous Puerto Banus, with its restaurants, boutiques, nightlife and yachts, Aqua Park and Tivoli World theme park are only a short drive and are a must for children and adults. The villa is approached by remote controlled security gates and parking for 4 cars on the front courtyard. The lovely heated kidney shaped pool allows privacy and enjoys excellent automatic lighting around it, for evening dips. There is also a brick built B.B.Q. The beach, restaurants, etc. are also near by.

The lounge has beamed ceilings, satellite T.V, video, CD hi-fi, log fire, for winter evenings, and double glazed patio doors to the large terrace, which over looks the grounds and pool. There is a split-level dining area. Off of this there is a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave etc. On this level there is also a double bedroom and room for an extra bed, if required, and one bathroom, with twin sinks. A further twin bedroom and cloakroom. A beautiful hand crafted wooden staircase leads you down to one double bedroom with ensuite feature bathroom. Also with shower room. One twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and doors to pool area.

The villa has the benefit of fully air conditioning and heating, double-glazing, brick built BBQ, video entry phone system, alarm with 24-hour patrolling security and also a safe for clients for peace of mind. There is also a large laundry room downstairs.
