On the ground level is a spacious hallway leading into an exceptionally large south facing lounge/dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen. The lounge has Satellite T.V. DVD, CD Player.

The patio doors lead onto a very large terrace with steps down to the pool area.

Also on this level there are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom which accommodates 4 in 4 single beds and 2 large full bathrooms.
