This modern two bedroom apartment consists of a large lounge-dining area leading onto a private terrace with views of the pool and extensive gardens. There is modern fully-fitted kitchen and leading off a utility room. There are two bedrooms, the master with King-size bed, direct access to the terrace, full en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin single beds and built-in wardrobes. There is also a guest shower room. The apartment comes with secure underground parking.

El Chapperal Golf Club and Los amigos Beach club are very close to this complex. Just 5 minutes drive from La Cala De Mijas, with its lovely beach, shops, schools, restaurants and regular markets, and 5 minutes from the busy city of Fuengirola, this property is in a surprisingly quiet area not far from the Mijas Racecourse. There is a shared pool and manicured communal gardens with children's play area. Malaga airport is twenty minutes away as is Marbella city centre.
