Overview

Love Golf, Golf players Luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment. A brand new stylish 2 bedroom apartment in the Paradise Riviera development very close to the Mira Flores golf course in the Riviera del sol the apartment is situated within a gated community with electronic gates for vehicle access making it a very secure and safe environment. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful well kept tropical gardens with 2 swimming pools, a children's pool, sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
It is a first floor apartment, beautifully furnished and marble floors throughout, is south facing and has a large balcony overlooking the small swimming pool. Ideal if you don not want the noise from the main swimming pool. There is a garage in the basement which has both lift and stair access.
Accommodation
2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has twin beds which is ideal for golfers sharing, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a second toilet/shower room
The lounge is a good size and independently furnished, not from a package which gives it an individual feel. There is a television and patio doors which open onto the terrace.
The dining area has a large dining table with seating for 4.
The kitchen is fully fitted and comes complete with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The terrace over looks the sea and the rooftops and children's pool, it has the sun for most of the day until well into the evening and is furnished with table, chairs so you enjoy the view while eating.
The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning.
All linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided. (You will need to supply your own towels for the beach or pool)
Someone can be at the apartment to greet you on your arrival and to show you the facilities. They are also there to help with any problems or enquiries you may have.
Welcome packs are available if required and we can also arrange for you to be picked up from the airport if you are not hiring a car.
The apartment complex is right next to the excellent Mira Flores golf course which also has a driving range and golf academy, there are also many other superb golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Riviera del sol. There are 2 tennis clubs very close by. The club del sol has 12 courts, 7 brand new clay courts and 5 plexi-cushion courts which are identical to those used at the Olympic games in Athens 2004. The club also has 4 brand new squash courts. The use of the locker rooms, showers and sauna are also included. There is also the Aztec centre which is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment and has excellent facilities which include tennis and badminton courts, an Olympic size swimming pool, mini golf and a gymnasium. There is a sports bar, Italian restaurant and American style diner and in the evening entertainment is provided to suit all ages.
And for those who prefer something a little more relaxing there is the Mira Flores bowls club which has 2 all weather greens which are available to members and non members.
The use of a car is not essential but is advisable if you want to experience all that the area has to offer.

Location & area

Paraiso Riviera, Riviera del sol is on the Mijas Costa next to Calahonda. Transfer time from Malaga airport is approx 25 mins (taxi fare approx 40 euros) this can be arranged for a discounted 35 euros. Marbella is 15 min drive west & Fuengirola 10 mins east. There is also a good local bus service. Which runs along the main N340 at the bottom of Riviera del sol.
There is a small but very pleasant beach at Riviera del sol. There are 2 much larger and very beautiful beaches only a 5 min drive away at la Cala to the east and Cabapino to the west both can be easily reached by either car or bus.
