Overview

The owners of this beautiful villa have ensured that all furnishings and decor have been tastefully done to the highest standard.

The property has the benefit of a large private driveway, with electric gates, allowing plenty of parking space.
Inside is a large, bright, L shaped lounge and dining area. The furniture is almost new and there is a TV (Sky with free to view channels), DVD player, stereo and CD player.
Patio door lead onto one of the three decks. This one has lovely small pool and sunbathing area. There is also a BBQ area situated close to a shaded area, making it perfect for al fresco dining.
Also on the ground is the well equipped modern kitchen with all up to date appliances. From here there is a door into a utility room, complete with washing machine, etc.
The master is an exquisite good sized room with a king size bed and air conditioning (hot/cold). It also has a lovely en suite bathroom.
In addition there is a guest toilet and power shower room located off the hallway.
There is another king size bedroom, which also has an en suite and like all the bedrooms plenty of storage space. This has air conditioning (hot/cold).
There is a further twin bedded room on this floor.
The beauty of this villa is the advantage it has of plenty of "outdoor living space", which makes it ideal to sit back and enjoy the sunsets, sunbathe by the pool or enjoy a nice meal outside on one of the decks.
