Situated at the western edge of Mijas village enjoying the tranquillity of the location, yet within a short walk of all the amenities and attractions of this beautiful, quaint mountain village.
The complex has a very well maintained large communal swimming pool and patio area making it a perfect place to relax and sunbathe. The apartment is south facing with fabulous views to the coastline. This modern and well furnished apartment. a perfect holiday rental property!

LOUNGE Very comfortably and artistically furnished with dining table and 6 rattan chairs, white leather 3 seater settee, armchair and pouffé, coffee table. There is a television modular unit with flat screen television and a DVD player.
Hot/cold air conditioning unit Double patio doors leading out to COVERED PATIO with fabulous views over the countryside and to the sea beyond. Very comfortable glass topped rattan table and 4 chairs.

KITCHEN equipped to a very high standard with AEG electrical appliances. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, stainless steel sink and drainer, kettle, toaster, electric oven, ceramic hob with extractor above, fridge/freezer. The fitted units are of light coloured wood with a granite worktop.

BEDROOM 1 with two single beds, bedside cabinet with lamp, fitted wardrobe. Hot-cold air conditioning.

MASTER BEDROOM with fitted wardrobe, double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, double set of patio doors leading out to PATIO. Hot-cold air conditioning.

GUEST CLOAKROOM beautifully tiled with walk in shower cubicle, WC, sink set in vanity unit with mirror and lights above.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM comprising Jacuzzi style bath with shower attachment and glass screen, WC, bidet, sink set in wooden vanity unit with whit marble top with mirror and lights above. There are halogen ceiling lights.

COVERED PATIO with fabulous views over the countryside and to the sea beyond. Very comfortable glass topped rattan table and 4 chairs.
