Overview

The villa is within walking distance to the village of La Cala, once one of the few original fishing villages, now fishermen catch their daily fish and sell them to the many local restaurants, in the village, and on the sandy beaches of La Cala. The bustling exciting Puerto Banus and Marbella are within a short drive, as is the 9th century Moorish village of Mijas. Other attractions are horse riding, horse racing, Aqua Park, Tivoli World, Safari Park and of course the many famous golf courses, including La Cala's own with its magnificent club house and terraces.

The Accommodation: - At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac the villa's entrance has floodlit lighting leading you to the ground floor accommodation. The fabulous large lounge is truly a centrepiece of the villa with its imposing panoramic windows allowing you to gaze uninterrupted across to views and the Mediterranean. The lounge has a Sat T.V., and Stereo system including D.V.D.and CD. There is an open fireplace and feature inset spot lighting throughout the lounge. The quality furniture and unusual pieces compliment this beautiful lounge. The kitchen boasts of a large American style fridge/freezer with icemaker and a water purifier for the cold-water compartment, a water purifier is also fitted under the sink which enables you to use the water straight from the tap, stainless steel hood cooker and microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a cloakroom on this level.

One double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and shower attachment, one double bedroom with walk-in shower room en-suite and balcony with views to the sea. An ornate spiral staircase leads you downstairs to: - One double bedroom with walk-in shower room en-suite and eyeball lighting throughout, and views to the sea. One double bedroom with ornate bed head. Magnificent bathroom, en-suite with twin sinks and a cocktail fridge for your champagne! There are extensive patio areas both sides of the villa.

From the lounge there are doors to the swimming pool and patios. The pool has dolphin motif tiling Roman End, underwater lighting and heating for those winter months. There is a feature brick built chimney B.B.Q. on this level. Also a shower cubicle and toilet. Other facilities of this villa are marble floors throughout, air conditioning, video entry phone system (also downstairs accommodation). Electric shutters on windows and extensive lighting on patios. Heated pool, air-con & heating is available on request at £100.00 per week for each facility. Security deposit £500.00 per booking, this is a refundable amount subject to no damages. Food pack complementary on arrival. Linen and some towels are provided, please bring beach towels
