Overview

The en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath also has a large walk in shower and two wash basins, plus the luxury, again to be found in all the bathrooms, of underfloor heating. On this level is the large lounge with open fireplace, and a dining area open to the large open plan kitchen which is fully equipped to a good standard. Downstairs are three further bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with twin beds. They all have fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with showers. One of the double bedrooms has a baby cot. Also on this level is a laundry room with fitted cupboards, a washing machine and sink and space to do the ironing. Outside, the well kept garden has private terraces, a pool, a barbecue and ample parking for a number of cars.



Just a few minutes drive the popular beachside village of La Cala with its wide sandy beach, restaurants and bars, this six year old villa boasts large rooms, a private pool and well kept garden. The racecourse is nearby, and the golf course is only a couple of kilometres away. Within 15 minutes drive is a wide range of courses to choose from, the well known town of Fuengirola with a huge range of facilities is but a short drive away and the airport can be reached in 25 minutes. The villa itself is in a peaceful residential area, ideal for a restful break for families and for groups of friends.
