Overview

The electric gates and fences provide security, but the occupier can draw comfort from the knowledge that they are not isolated. Once inside the gates there is a parking area with a gentle gradient up to the front door and a slope down to the basement where there is a double garage and access to the lower ground floor. Here there is a fully equipped Gym, very large Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room and sound system. In addition there is a separate Laundry complete with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

Entering the villa at ground floor level you are greeted by an enormous spiral staircase leading down to the lower ground and up to the first floor, this has been specially designed and is constructed out of stainless steel and glass. The stair treads are strengthened glass and have the unique feature of lighting which reacts as you climb the staircase.

The ground floor features an open plan Lounge with soft leather sofa units and a complete entertainment set-up including surround sound and wall mounted 42'' flat screen TV with DVD and full satellite channels. The adjoining Dining area is ideal for entertaining with a large table, this leads to the state of the art Kitchen that is equipped to the highest of standards and has features that make it useable by disabled people. Also on the ground floor there are two large double bedrooms both complete with en-suite bathrooms and CD music systems. One of the bedrooms is designed for the disabled. The bed has electronic adjustment and the en-suite has special facilities. The seven metres of stainless steel lounge patio doors are custom built to completely open onto the terrace and provide total integration of the inner and outer areas. The terrace is surrounded by a steel balustrade and leads down to the decking and swimming pool via a gentle slope that is easily accessed by a wheelchair. There is a gentle ramp into the swimming pool with anti slip tiling to allow for disabled access. The pool is heated but also has the feature of cooling in the event of extreme summer heat. An open Jacuzzi is linked to the pool.

On the upper floor there is a spacious hall complemented by modern art that leads on to three further large double bedrooms, each with individual music systems. The master bedroom has its own en-suite whilst the other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Each of the bathrooms is equipped with full body power showers and Jacuzzi baths. Two of the upper bedrooms have glass-screened terraces overlooking the terraces, garden and pool areas. For summer there is full air conditioning and in winter guests have the pleasure of heat recovery .In addition all the bathrooms and kitchen have under floor heating. All five bedrooms have an English plug socket so there is no need for a travel plug. For peace of mind there is a safe, internal and external burglar alarm with the added feature of allowing calling any of the emergency services by the push of a button. The villa itself will easily take ten guests without any problem, the bedrooms consisting of two bedrooms with large double beds and three bedrooms with two large single beds in each that can be locked together if required to make doubles. We do not recommend the villa for persons with children under the age of 5 unless completely supervised due to the design of the staircases; we do not provide stair gates. Broadband access is available on request via your own Wi-Fi enabled lap top @ 50 Euros per week, payable locally.
