Overview

A car is considered to be essential in this area. The bustling coastal town of Fuengirola with its many bars and restaurants is about 8 km distant and Malaga airport can be reached by car within 20 minutes. There are many golf courses and sporting facilities nearby. Please note that NO SMOKING is permitted within the villa.
This lovely villa is set within a cul-de-sac in the peaceful and much sought after urbanization of Mijas La Nueva. The villa has recently been enhanced with new rustic style flooring throughout the ground floor rooms, and air-conditioning has been installed in the living room. The villa has lovely beamed ceilings in the upper rooms. ENTRANCE HALL KITCHEN newly renovated kitchen comprising fully fitted units, fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen units are a lovely cream colour with granite worktops. GUEST W.C. fully tiled, with WC, pedestal sink with mirrored unit above. Washing machine. DINING ROOM with pine table and 6 chairs. LIVINGROOM with one 3 seater, one 2 seater brown leather settees, matching armchair and pouffé. Cast iron wood burning stove, TV receiving BBC1, BBC2, SKYNEWS and other free satellite channels, DVD and hi-fi unit. Coffee table, two side tables with lamps.

BEDROOMS

LANDING with spacious fitted built-in wardrobes in white wood. Beamed ceiling. BEDROOM 1 with twin beds, beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobe in white wood, walk-on balcony with views to Mediterranean sea. Chest of drawers and bedside cabinet with lamp. BEDROOM 2 with beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobe in white wood, twin beds, two bedside cabinets with lamps, plus chest of drawers. Please note there is one single spare bed available if required. Patio doors leading on to TOP SUN TERRACE.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM fully tiled comprising WC, bath with shower attachment, pedestal sink with mirrored unit above. Wooden towel rails and electric heater. SECOND BATHROOM, fully tiled with walk-in shower cubicle, WC and pedestal sink with mirrored unit above. Electric wall heater, beamed ceiling.
