Overview

This lovely bright apartment consists of a lounge dining area which leads onto a terrace overlooking the sea and mountains. The master bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a full ensuite bathroom, as well as sea views and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, a roll under bed and built-in wardrobes. There is a guest shower room and a modern fully-equipped kitchen with utility room. The apartment comes with secure underground parking and has direct, easy access to the swimming pool.



There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby, some only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The beach, which is reasonably quiet, is just a 10 minute drive and there are also many golf courses in the area. Malaga is only 25 minutes away and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within 20 minutes. The lovely port of Cabopino with its bars and restaurants is just 15 minutes by car and offers beach activities such as Quad biking over the dunes and many water sports.
