This apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and has stunning sea views! It is 2nd line beach and has been recently refurbished throughout with a fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer and washing machine. 1 Double and 2 twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Both the bathroom and shower room have just been refitted too. The grounds are secure, the garden and community swimming pool are well maintained. There is a gate on the back of the complex which gives you access to the beach in 2 minutes! We also have a 2 bed garden apartment on this complex! Because this property is ideally situated, a car is not required!
