Located 1.5 km from the western end of Mijas village.
Upon entering the property on the lower level is an open plan lounge and dining area, with feature log burning fireplace. There are french doors leading onto a bright sunny terrace with sea and mountain views. There is a BBQ area ideal for AL fresco dining. To the side of the property is a small garden, with fruit trees. Also on this floor is the well designed, modern kitchen, which comes with oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa is tastefully decorated in a modern style, ensuring maximum comfort.
