Overview
It is securely fenced and has electric gates with ample parking.
The villa has an impressive entrance hall with open andalucian style patio, leading into an exceptionally large south facing beautifully furnished lounge/dining room. This leads onto a very large terrace with stunning dining facilities.
Leading off the patio are two large bedrooms, including the master bedroom, both en suite. One is double and one is a twin. Upstairs is s minstrel gallery with a very large day bed (perfect for siestas)! leading onto another south facing magnificent, private terrace. On this floor is also a twin bedded room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a separate utility room leading from the lounge.
Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) sharing a full bathroom and leading onto the terrace with stunning infinity pool, with shower room, overlooking the coast.
The main terrace on the ground floor is partially covered and can be heated for chilly evenings by an open fire and electric infrared lamps.
