Overview

Las colinas is an exclusive block of apartments in Son Parc, five miles from Fornells, on the northern coast of Menorca. It has its own swimming pool and is situated at the end of the Son parc peninsular, with a beautiful sea view directly above Son Sauro beach. Son Parc is a holiday residential development with an excellent beach and several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is a nine hole golf course, tennis courts and most water sports are also available. There are many coastal walks in the unspoiled countryside, with secluded bays from which to swim. 8 Las Colinas sleeps 4/5 persons, is fully equipped, cool and comfortable, it benefits from a large lounge and kitchen, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single's. There is also a fold-away bed in the lounge should it be needed. At the rear of the property there is a small balcony with laundry facilities, and at the front, a large balcony complete with build in barbecue. The apartment is totally self contained with a full range of cooking equipment, an iron and ironing board, fans, children's games, two reasonable sets of golf clubs and two large sun loungers. There is a private parking space for each car.
