This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached villa, with lovely small pool, high walls and roof top solarium, is superbly located just 20 minutes walk to the spa hotel and club house.

AB0UT THE AREA

Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes.

Mazarron Town, with banks and little shops and restaurants, as well as the markets, is just 10 minutes drive.

The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina.

Mucia airport is 1 hour, and Alicante is 1 hour and 10 minutes.
