The large first floor terrace provides outstanding views across countryside and Camposol to the mountains. Bar-b-que facilities are available on the terrace along with a dining table and chairs.
The first floor bedroom and terrace are accessed by an external stairway providing privacy for the first floor occupants as well as direct access to the terrace for all occupants of the house.
The terrace to the front of the house overlooks the garden and pool terrace and contains comfortable teak seating and drinks table.

Internally, the villa offers extremely comfortable accommodation for 6 people in one double and two twin rooms. Further accommodation is available for an infant and a young child through the facility of a cot and an occasional bed. Each bedroom is en-suite and has a radio/CD player alarm.
The lounge has a television and DVD player together with a stereo system; DVDs and CDs, as well as a selection of books, are available for use.

All rooms have ceiling fans as well as floor standing fans; heaters are available for winter/spring occupancy.

The kitchen is fully fitted and has a full range of small kitchen appliances available including kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, low-fat grill and microwave oven as well as a large refrigerator and freezer, washing machine and digital hob and oven with an extractor fan above the hob. All appliances are electric.

Location & area

The villa is situated some 75 minutes from Alicante airport and 60 minutes from Murcia airport. The Murcia region is located south east of Spain and has as neighbouring regions, the areas of Andalucia, Valencia, and Albacete. Within the region, you can visit Cartagena, a town funded 200 years BC, with several archeological places to see, and Murcia, a nice mediterranean city, which is about 50km (highway) from Cartagena or a spectacular mountain drive from Puerto de Mazarron. (Visit the official website of the region of Murcia to know more about these places and others in the region.) Granada is about 260km highway drive from the villa and is definitely worth the trip. This will provide you with the opportunity to visit the amazing Alhambra Palace and the beautiful gardens.


Until very recently the Costa Calida was seen by many as an untouched coastline. Today it is a popular travel destination for many European citizens whether for holidays or permanent residence. This has injected a cosmopolitan feel to the region, while still retaining much of its tradition and culture. A wide array of sporting pursuits are now on offer (especially for golfers), as well as more cultured choices such as a mix of established and recently regenerated museums, galleries, and sites of great historical importance.

The Costa Calida is unusual in that its northern section not only offers a choice of beaches but a choice of sea. Featuring are the popular Mediterranean Sea, and the lesser known Mar Menor (little sea). The Mar Menor is an inland sea/salt water lake separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga (the sleeve) del Mar Menor otherwise known as the La Manga strip. It is a favourite area amongst families with small children due to its warm, shallow and salty waters.
Cuisine is another major draw, with an array of affordable local and international restaurants serving a mixture of dishes. Fresh fish is a major delicacy but meat and rice dishes also feature prominently.
The summers here are hot and the winters mild. This, coupled with the irrigation provided by the rivers Segura, Murdo & Sangonera, make for ideal citrus fruit growing conditions. The region exports many tons of oranges and lemons, much of it to the German market. To a lesser extent olives and vines are also grown.
