A luxury Marbella villa with private garden & swimming pool, ideal for family holidays, entertaining and relaxing. The property is literally a short, 200m stroll to one of the best beaches on the Coast, and only 10 minutes outside Marbella.This luxury Marbella villa is on four levels and has 5 large bedrooms, (plus a further basement bedroom) with terrace access and fantastic sea views from the house to the Mediterranean, North Africa & Gibraltar. There is a huge Master bedroom & en-suite luxury dressing area, with an electrically controlled King-size double bed, full en-suite luxury dressing area, walk-in closet & bathroom. Sliding terrace doors lead onto a spacious terrace with sea views. The two other double bedrooms on this level, share a spacious bathroom & have excellent sea views & access to the terraces

The recently refurbished 2nd floor - accessed via a marble staircase - has 2 gorgeous new double, bedrooms and a sitting area - great for having that little bit of extra private space for your family or guests.
One bedroom is huge with four beds - both are en-suite, a cosy living room with SAT TV, and absolutely fantastic sea & mountain views from large windows & portholes.
The hallway area leading into a large, lounge/dining room with Surround Sound System Digital Satellite colour TV, DVD and video, open fireplace and sliding patio doors opening onto the huge terraces, gardens and pool area.
Spacious fully equipped kitchen with double-door American style fridge/freezer with Ice-water and ice system, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a large walk-in pantry for storage an extra fridge-freezer and a Guest WC with shower.
Basement Level: A huge well-lit area that is also used as an indoor games/kids bedroom/ TV area. This includes the garage, games room and a TV lounge.
Home Cinema : The owner has recently installed a complete "Home Cinema" set up in this area, with fantastic full quadrophonic surround sound, comfortable seating and a wide range of DVDs available for viewing. The only thing missing is the ice-cream salesperson !
Garage - accessed by an electronic gate and garage doors offering enormous ample parking space. There is also a laundry room / guest bathroom with shower, table tennis and an exercise bicycle.
The villa has its own private, heated swimming pool & pleasant gardens.
