Overview

The villa is situated only a short walk from Puerto Banus in a quiet residential area just below the bull-ring. There is a large 9.5m x 4.5m swimming pool surrounded by a private enclosed garden with lawns and fruit trees.

There is a large patio with sun-loungers, a charcoal barbecue pit and a Spanish stone table and seating for outside dining. The dining table is sheltered at mid-day by a large Palm Tree (one of 3 at the property)

The villa is built in a traditional Spanish style with exposed wooden beams in upstairs rooms but has been recently completed renovated and re-fitted. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool in summer and heated in winter as does the under floor electric heating.

There is satellite TV with a LG home cinema system which plays both DVDs and Cds

The Villa is just accessed by a remote control security gate and has private parking for one car but free on street parking is also available just 15metres away
