Overview
We offer you a modern, light and spacious fully furnished townhouse in a peaceful location on a small private urbanisation, with an electrically operated gate for access & security. It has it's own private south facing garden & patio over looking the landscaped community garden, swimming pool and barbeque area.
This lovely decorated house extends over three floors with marble floors and a sun terrace on each floor. The ground floor consists of a spacious lounge with fireplace, with doors opening to an outdoor dining and lounge area and private garden. There is Flat screen TV with SKY, DVD and CD players and free WiFi.
Separate kitchen with table & chairs; fully equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board.
Downstairs WC & washbasin.
The first floor has a master bedroom (twin/kingsize) with a large sun terrace & en-suite luxury marble bathroom with double basin, Jacuzzi, power shower, bidet, wc & hairdryer.
There is a further double bedroom & a twin room with balcony & family bathroom.
All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with lots of storage space & AC.
The 2nd floor comprises of a large attic room (twin/double) and roof terrace.
The house has it's own private driveway for 3 cars.
Cots, high chairs, stair gates, indoor & outdoor toys etc are available at no extra cost.
